On the morning of August 26, Zhou Shanshan, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president, went to our college to inspect and guide the opening of the school and visited the returning teachers and students. Zhu Xiangyu, deputy director of the Human Resources Department, Liu Tao, deputy director of the Talent Office, and Li Long, deputy director of the President's office, were accompanied by members of the college leadership team and on-campus cadres.

The inspection team focused on the transformation site of the fifth floor of Wenlan Building, inspected the office and study space of teachers and students of the college, visited the teachers and students who had just returned to school, and had a discussion in the conference room of the college and members of the college leadership team. Xie Deren, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, briefly introduced the college's holiday work, the teachers and students' return to school and the preparation for the beginning of school, and reported the difficulties existing in the college and the problems urgently needed to be solved. It said that the college always adheres to the team route, gathers efforts to seek development, takes discipline construction as the leader, strengthens the construction of high-level teachers, focuses on the fundamental task of moral education and human development, and promotes the high-quality development of the college. Deputy Secretary Du Wei, Vice President Song Yuzhi and Wang Jingjing put forward constructive opinions on the work and existing difficulties of the college, such as talent team, discipline funds, research venues and student training. The inspection team responded to the questions raised by the college one by one and provided solutions.

Zhou Shanshan said that the leadership of the College of Electrical and Biological Technology has clear ideas for development, proper use of measures, and the whole school is united as one, each performing his or her duties, and the enthusiasm of the officers to forge ahead is high. She pointed out that the college should earnestly implement the spirit of the school's 2024 autumn semester work mobilization conference, make forward-looking plans in combination with the actual situation, and steadily build, do things, and highlight. We will continue to strengthen the recruitment and training of high-level talents, especially the introduction of overseas talents and postdoctoral fellows. Gather a large team, build a large platform, undertake a large project, and promote the implementation of the annual work points.
