On November 22, the founding meeting of the Alumni Association of the School of Physics and Electronic Science of Shandong Normal University and the high-quality Development Forum of physics were held in Changqinghu Campus. School Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice President CAI Yangjian, school Party Committee Standing Committee, vice president Zhou Shanshan, former vice president Wang Chuankui attended the meeting. More than 300 people from the Department of Cooperation and Development, members of the first Council of the School Alumni Association, old leaders and team members of the School of Physics and Electronic Science, representatives of alumni and teachers and students attended the event. The meeting was chaired by Xie Deren, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College.

The Council of the first Alumni Association of the College held its first meeting in the lecture Hall 107 of Wenchang Building. The meeting reviewed and voted through the Constitution of the Alumni Association of the College of Physics and Electronic Science of Shandong Normal University, and elected the president, vice president, secretary general and deputy secretary general of the Alumni Association of the College. Wang Chuankui, honorary president of the Alumni Association, Chen Xiulan, Cheng Chuanfu and Hu Guixiang delivered enthusiastic speeches, and Du Wei, Secretary-General of the association, introduced the elected directors.

The founding meeting of the Alumni Association was held in the lecture Hall 105 of Wenchang Building. In the solemn national song, the conference was officially kicked off. CAI Yangjian and Zhou Shanshan inaugurated the "Alumni Association of School of Physics and Electronic Science of Shandong Normal University". On behalf of the Alumni Association of Shandong Normal University, Zhao Xiangyi, Director of the Department of Cooperation and Development, read the "Reply Letter on the establishment of the Alumni Association of the School of Physics and Electronic Science". The General Assembly announced the membership of the Alumni Association Council. School leaders issued letters of appointment to the first board members.

CAI Yangjian, the newly elected president of the Alumni Association of the College of Physics and Electronic Science, delivered a speech, from the aspects of building a communication and cooperation platform, discipline construction of the college, talent training, etc., and put forward the development core of the Alma mater and alumni "external image, internal spirit". On behalf of the school, Zhou Shanshan expressed warm congratulations on the convening of the meeting, introduced the basic situation of the school to the alumni, fully affirmed the vigorous development trend and excellent educational achievements of the school, and hoped that the school would comprehensively strengthen the contact and service of alumni, play a good role as a bridge, and build a platform for common development. After the meeting, the alumni visited the school achievement exhibition together, and shared the glorious history and outstanding achievements of the development of the Alma mater.

After the conference, the Alumni Forum was held in Area A of Millan House. In the three sub-forums of the Alumni Navigational Assistance Discipline Development Forum, the Alumni Navigational Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum and the Alumni Navigational career Planning Forum, alumni representatives shared their struggle stories and development history. The alumni expressed their gratitude for the training of their Alma mater, and put forward many valuable suggestions on the development of the school's disciplines, teaching and research, and student training, and expressed their willingness to cooperate with the school in the field of talent training, and jointly promote the development of the school to a new level. Subsequently, the school leaders, alumni representatives and all the freshmen of the class of 2024 went to the lecture Hall of the Tree Hui Hall to watch the artistic performance of "Continuing Youth with One Heart for the Future". The atmosphere was warm.
