The 2024 Academic Annual Meeting and Dean (Department head) Annual meeting of Shandong Physical Society will be held in Zibo, the former capital of the State of Qi, on October 18-20, 2024. The conference was hosted by Shandong Physical Society and hosted by School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Shandong University of Technology. Liang Chunhao and Zhao Lina were invited to attend the meeting and won the Outstanding Youth Award and the Outstanding Youth Award respectively. The Shandong Physics Society Outstanding Youth Award and Outstanding Young Academic Award are mainly awarded to young physicists who have made outstanding contributions and important influences in scientific research and discovery, technological invention and innovation.

Liang Chunhao, associate professor, doctoral supervisor, young expert of Shandong Taishan Scholars, winner of Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, top talent of the university "Dongyue Scholars", deputy secretary-general of Shandong Optical Engineering Society, member of the Professional Committee of Light and Matter Mutual use and application of China Optical Engineering Society, and head of Shandong Qingchuang Team. He is mainly engaged in the regulation and application of spatiotemporal coherence of light field, and has published more than 50 SCI papers in international optical authoritative journals such as Physical Review Letters. He was invited to present 20 times at international and domestic conferences. He presided over 3 National natural fund projects and 5 provincial and ministerial level projects.

Zhao Lina, professor, doctoral supervisor, young expert of Shandong Taishan Scholars and young talent of Dongyue Scholars of the University, has been engaged in the research of ultrafine laser regulation mechanism, regulation materials and devices for a long time, and has made a series of achievements in nonlinear optics/laser optics and applications, and published more than 50 SCI academic papers in authoritative optical journals. He has presided over 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, including 1 major research program cultivation project of the National Natural Science Foundation, 2 provincial and ministerial level projects, and won 3 Science and Technology awards of Shandong Provincial colleges and universities, and 2 Outstanding scientific Research Achievements awards of Shandong colleges and universities.
