On the morning of March 26, the School of Physics and Electronic Science held the spring recruitment training activity in Room F343, Wenlan Building. The event invited Guan Jinxuan, co-founder of Chengshi Education, as the keynote speaker, and guided around resume optimization and interview skills, attracting more than 40 students to participate, helping students stand out in the spring job fair. The event was hosted by Yin Suyue, a class of 2021 instructor.

Combined with years of industry experience, Guan Jinxuan cut from the core points of resume production, emphasizing the importance of "speaking with data", pointing out that job seekers need to quantify results to enhance persuasive. For the interview process, he simulated the scenario of "How to deal with stress test", emphasizing logical expression and emotional management, and providing clear action guidelines for students.
