On the afternoon of August 25, the College held a new semester faculty meeting in the 1215 Wisdom classroom of Qianfo Campus to convey the spirit of the school's 2024 work mobilization conference and arrange and deploy various work tasks in the new semester. The meeting was chaired by Xie Deren, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College.

Vice President and President CAI Yangjian reviewed the introduction of talents and fund projects in the first half of the year, and analyzed the current difficulties and situations faced by the college. Teachers are encouraged to follow the pace of the school, adhere to the team building route and high-quality development model, strive for more national projects, and make greater contributions to the development of the school. Xie Deren briefly introduced the retirement and new vocational education workers in the first half of the year and the implementation plan of 2023 performance distribution of the college, focused on conveying the spirit of the just-held cadre meeting of the whole school, and analyzed and interpreted the key points of the speeches of Secretary Feng Jikang and President Zhang Jian. It requires the faculty and staff of the school to enhance their sense of mission and responsibility, always carry the fundamental task of building moral and cultivating people, and improve the quality of personnel training; Compare with the high quality development assessment task indicators, find gaps, make up for weaknesses, and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of the college.

Deputy Secretary Du Wei, deputy deans Song Yuzhi, Wang Jingjing and Zhang Chao respectively summarized the work of the College during the summer vacation, and made specific arrangements for the teaching work, scientific research, student training, discipline construction and orientation work after the semester began. They proposed that the school will focus on the high-quality development goal in the new semester, and actively complete the work of the college. Under the premise of ensuring safety, we will do a good job in various services for teachers and students of the College, and effectively promote the development of the college.

This meeting enabled all staff to have an in-depth understanding of the work priorities and objectives of the new semester, and laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development model of the college in the future.
