On the afternoon of December 3, the College of Electrical and Physical Engineering held a faculty meeting in the large room 131, Area C, Wenyuan Building, Changqing Lake Campus, to convey and interpret the college's implementation plan for the fourth round of post employment. CAI Yangjian, Standing Committee member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, attended the conference, presided over by Xie Deren, Secretary of the Party Committee of the University.

Xiu Xianwu, chairman of the union of the college, first read out the implementation plan of the fourth round of job recruitment, and then Xie Deren combined with the assessment of the three jobs to understand the fourth round of job recruitment plan. Based on the changes in the current high-quality assessment goals of the school, the school has also made corresponding adjustments in the setting of post types, encouraging team competitions, linking the funding of the employment period, etc., in order to better adapt to the new situation and promote the better development of the school.

Finally, the College held a short farewell ceremony for CAI Yangjian, who has just stepped down as president. CAI delivered a farewell speech and expressed his sincere thanks and best wishes to the College.
