朱新蕾,女，1994年2月出生，理学博士，江苏南通人，山东师范大学物理与电子科学学院副教授。主要从事相干光学、光场调控、结构光场产生等科学研究，着重研究各类新型结相干构光场产生及相关应用。在ACS Photonics, Progress in Quantum Electronics, APL Photonics, Optics Letters, Applied Physics Letters，Optics Express等国际知名杂志上发表SCI论文40余篇，其中受邀撰写综述4篇；申请专利14项（授权9项）；主持国家级项目1项，省部级项目2项；获第七届江苏省光学学会青年光学科技奖（全省2仅2位），2023年江苏省优秀博士学位论文。
